Sitting at my desk “on this #cold #winter’s day “ I am drifted to thoughts of ”the Mammas and the Pappas” great song writers and singers when I am reminded that people forget to follow up on their injuries with their employers by giving written notice of their claims to a supervisor or foremen. A casual conversation is not real notice, i.e., evidence usable in court. As attorneys, we always want the best evidence when pursuing all claims in Workers’ Compensation and other legal proceedings. This should make it easy. Just easy.
